Ilitch Business student-athletes receive GLIAC All-Academic honors for baseball 

Twelve Mike Ilitch School of Business student-athletes on Wayne State University’s baseball team have been awarded Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) All-Academic honors.  

Ilitch Business students receiving All-Academic Excellence Team honors for maintaining a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 were seniors Dillon McInerney (accounting), Richard Hovde (global supply chain management) and Josh Nelson (marketing), juniors Brendan Bilkovic (marketing) and Michael MacLean (management), and sophomores CJ Drogosch (management), Ryan Foley (marketing) and Nate Roede (management). 

Bilkovic, Hovde, McInerney and Nelson were recognized for the third time in their careers, while Drogosch, MacLean and Roede received All-Academic honors for the second consecutive year. Foley improved from the All-Academic team a season ago to the All-Academic Excellence team this year. 

Ilitch Business students earning All-Academic Team accolades for having a cumulative GPA between 3.0 and 3.49 were senior Matt Krutsch (management), sophomores Hunter DeLanoy (accounting) and Jacob Badalamenti (global supply chain management), and freshman Brett Zimmerman (finance). 

DeLanoy received his first GLIAC All-Academic certificate this year. Badalamenti, Krutsch and Zimmerman are first-time eligible honorees.
