The Douglas A. Fraser Center for Workplace Issues within Labor@Wayne announced the recipients of the 2023-2024 Fraser Center Faculty Research Awards
The Douglas A. Fraser Center for Workplace Issues within Labor@Wayne announced the recipients of the 2023-2024 Fraser Center Faculty Research Awards, Graduate Student Research Grants, and Labor Education Development Grants. Three Ilitch School faculty members received grants out of 17 total awards distributed, including:
"These awards go beyond recognizing the superb research work conducted by the faculty in our Management department," said Ilitch School Dean Virginia Kleist. "These grants will allow these star faculty to continue their important research, growing the body of labor management knowledge."
Christine Jackson, Chair of the Department of Management, added, "The awards from the Douglas A. Fraser Center for Workplace Issues are instrumental in advancing our faculty's research on crucial workplace issues like aging and mental health. Additionally, the development of a new course on leading a diverse workforce prepares our students to become inclusive leaders who can thrive in complex work environments."
