Services

• Career Fairs: The Ilitch School of Business Career Fair is a premier event that showcases a diverse array of talented undergraduate and graduate students and alums from a broad spectrum of business majors and minors. Coordinate on Handshake (Fall & winter semesters)
   
• On-Campus Interviews: Reserve interview spaces and schedule on-campus interviews with pre-selected business candidates. (September – April)
   
• Virtual Recruiting Events: Engage with business students remotely through virtual events, webinars, and interviews. Coordinate on Handshake. (Year-round)
   
• Employer Engagement: Host informal networking sessions such as coffee chats, employer cafés, mock interviews, career coaching/resume reviews, information tables, and case interview training. (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, September – April)
   
• Job Board/Handshake Access: Post full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities on the university's online job board. (Year-round)
  NOTE: Targeted Emails can be requested once your positions are posted on Handshake.
   
• Workshops & Info Sessions: Conduct skills-based workshops, information sessions, or panel discussions to engage with business students directly. (September – April)
   
• Student Organization Partnerships: Connect with the Ilitch School's student organizations to meet prospective employees and create meaningful relationships. Some student organizations focus on disciplines like marketing, accounting, or supply chain, while others concentrate on more general topics such as international business and financial management. • Diversity Recruiting: Host events focused on connecting with diverse talent. Targeted Outreach: Partner with affinity groups or diversity-focused student organizations. Inclusive Hiring Workshops: Host or attend workshops on best practices for inclusive recruitment. (September – April)
   
• Customized/Tailored Recruitment Strategies: Work with Ilitch School Career Services to create a custom recruitment plan that aligns with your hiring goals. (Year-round)
