WSU students help feed hungry Detroit
By Julian Sandoval (a management major)
Paul Reagan, senior lecturer of management at the School of Business Administration, has built a relationship with Forgotten Harvest over the past two years that has created an outstanding learning experience for his M.B.A. students. The students devised a reporting system and an information technology system to help the hunger relief organization analyze data and improve supply chain efficiency. Now in “phase 5” of their project with the nonprofit, Reagan said students would not find a challenge like this one anywhere else and that it could take years to amass this kind of experience.
