Ilitch Business student-athlete receives All-GLIAC recognition for women’s fencing
The Wayne State University women’s fencing squad had seven GLIAC (Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference) All-Academic honorees. This is the second year the conference recognized student-athletes from non-GLIAC sports. One recipient is a Mike Ilitch School of Business student-athlete.
Named to the All-Academic Team for having a cumulative GPA between 3.0 and 3.49 is senior Medina Shuti (information systems management). Shuti was honored on the All-Academic Team for the second straight season.
