Michael Thomas

Michael Thomas is pursuing an MBA at the Mike Ilitch School of Business, with an expected graduation date of August 2025. He has also earned a bachelor of business administration from Kentucky State University in 2024, along with a certificate in agribusiness management. 

Thomas has gained valuable experience as an academic interventionist with Detroit Public Schools where he supported the youth of Detroit. He previously worked as a legal and compliance intern with Truist Bank Financial Services Enterprise, and as a marketing research assistant for the United States Government. 

Post graduation, Thomas will be a Juris Doctorate candidate, where he will continue his education. 

Thomas also demonstrates leadership through the National Black MBA Association and community impact through Meals on Wheels, and the UAW. He has been recognized for his national chess championships and being a national business plan competition runner up.
