Kayla Kristen Habal maintains a GPA of 3.93 and is currently pursuing a bachelor of science in Business Administration with a major in Technology, Information Systems and Analytics and a minor in Media Arts and Studies. She was recognized on the Dean's List every semester and plans to graduate in December 2024.

Habal has served as a Global HR Communications Intern at BorgWarner, where she promoted a companywide donation campaign by designing marketing materials and leading communication efforts. Additionally, she interned as a Packaging Planner Intern, gaining valuable knowledge in supply chain forecasting for packaging products that would protect automotive materials.

Habal is a Production Assistant and Designer for various short films, and serves as the Outreach Director for Window Magazine, where she shares perspectives of art and culture from marginalized communities. She is a member of the MPREP program and Wayne Women and Business.
