Ilitch Business students selected to attend 15th Annual KeyBank Leadership and Creativity Undergraduate Minority Student Symposium
Mike Ilitch School of Business students Rujula Lnu and Dontae Love were selected to attend the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University’s 15th annual KeyBank Leadership and Creativity Undergraduate Minority Student Symposium this November.
The symposium provided undergraduate business and engineering upperclassmen with a three-day intensive camp on leadership, creativity, product innovation, spreadsheet management, entrepreneurial thinking, persuasive communication and the art of negotiation.
Approximately 40 students from universities around the country participated in a series of workshops as well as a Harvard Business Review case competition about design thinking and innovation at Apple. Lnu, a senior majoring in finance and information systems management, placed second in the case competition and was awarded a share of $3,000. Love, a junior majoring in finance, placed first and was awarded a share of $5,000.
