Minors for all WSU Students

WSU students may choose to earn a minor to complement their degree program. Minors may be taken in the School of Business or any other WSU school or college.

Business minor

The business minor offers undergraduate WSU non-business majors an opportunity to develop a working knowledge of accounting, finance, management and marketing that will make students more competitive within their chosen career path.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation minor

Both undergraduate business and non-business students may earn a minor in entrepreneurship and innovation. This minor will provide WSU students with specialized knowledge, skills and experience to develop and launch startup ventures or social impact ventures. The program will introduce innovative business thinking, creation and growth strategies, by offering dynamic courses, networking and industry learning experiences.

Law minor

The minor in law is a cooperative program offered by the Mike Ilitch School of Business and the Law School. Undergraduate students earning this minor will develop skills such as logical and critical thinking, oral and written communication, reading comprehension and analysis along with core business principles and practices.
