A certificate from the Wayne State University Mike Ilitch School of Business boosts your credentials and gives you a leading edge.
Post-bachelor certificate in accounting
Students must have a bachelor's degree in business administration, a discipline area of business administration, or accounting from an accredited institution, with a grade point average of at least 2.0.
Students with degrees from WSU should contact the Mike Ilitch School of Business Office of Undergraduate Student Services at businessinfo@wayne.edu or 313-577-4505 for information on changing their status to "Post-Baccalaureate."
Students with degrees from other institutions must complete the Application for Undergraduate Admission and request official transcripts be sent directly to the WSU Office of Admissions.

Graduate certificate in business
Admission to the program is contingent upon admission to the Wayne State University Graduate School. A cumulative 3.0 GPA in undergraduate coursework outside of business is required.
Current and previously enrolled Wayne State University graduate students do not have to re-apply, but must complete the Graduate Change of Status form to enter the program.
