Parking at the Mike Ilitch School of Business

The closest secured parking is the Temple West Garage owned and operated by Olympia Development of Michigan. The garage is located at 123 Temple St., east of Cass Avenue. The daily credit card rate is $8*. WSU faculty, staff and students can also pay via OneCard at a fixed rate of $9

*Please note that Olympia garages utilize dynamic pricing. Cash/credit rates on event days typically go into effect at 3 p.m. and can go as high as $45.

To sign up for payroll deductions, complete the payroll deduction enrollment form. To change your current assignment, complete the payroll deduction adjustment form.

Alternative parking/transportation options

For those who prefer to park on WSU's main campus, Parking Structure 1 (Palmer and Cass) is our designated Mike Ilitch School of Business park-and-ride point. WSU faculty, staff and students are eligible for a free WayneRides Dart pass to ride any DDOT or SMART buses or the QLINE streetcar. WSU personnel are also eligible for free annual passes for the MoGo bike-sharing service (a MoGo station is currently being installed at the Ilitch School). For the fall 2021 semester, the Ilitch School will be offering a limited free shuttle beginning Tuesday, Sept. 7. The shuttle will operate between the Ilitch School building and WSU Parking Structure 1 (Palmer and Cass). One shuttle will operate Monday-Thursday, 8:15 a.m. - 9:45 p.m., with the last pickup from the Ilitch School at 9:30 p.m. A secondary shuttle will operate Monday-Wednesday and supplement the first shuttle during the peak hours of 11 a.m. - 9 p.m., with the last departure from the Ilitch School at 8:45 p.m. The shuttle is expected to operate in approximately 20-minute intervals. There is no shuttle Friday through Sunday.
