Uslind Palokaj first learned what it takes to be successful in finance by participating in Deutsche Bank's Undergraduate Development Program boot camp.
He used this experience to land an internship with United Wholesale Mortgage followed by a co-op with DTE Energy, where he currently works. While assisting on a renewable energy project, Uslind developed an interest in environmental sustainability and is currently researching how financial markets react to public utilities carbon reduction emission announcements.
In 2019, Uslind was named a Forbes Under 30 Scholar and was a teaching assistant for Intro to Corporate Finance at the Ilitch School. His extracurricular activities involve community service, the Albanian American Student Organization, the American Guild of Music and more. After graduation, Uslind will begin a full-time, four-year rotational development program at DTE Energy.
