MBA with a concentration in International Business expected May 2019
An MBA student at the Ilitch School, Christina Winkler earned a bachelor of arts in global supply chain management from Wayne State in 2015. She coordinates the General Motors/ Wayne State University Case Competition and works as a GM liaison to Wayne State.
In July 2015, Christina was chosen for the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain Technical Rotation and Career Knowledge (TRACK) program, through which she worked four rotations in various positions including purchasing supply chain, program management, and body purchasing and supply chain assembly at the Lake Orion assembly plant. She also worked full-time at DENSO International America Inc. for two years as a FIAT Chrysler Automobiles sales coordinator.
Christina says one of her favorite aspects of working at GM is having the opportunity to recruit fellow Warriors and work closely with WSU as a GM representative.
She currently works in the body purchasing department for GM.
She has been a member of Kappa Delta Sorority, Gamma Omicron Chapter at Wayne State since 2013, serving as president in 2014 and now as an advisor.
