2018 Mike Ilitch School of Business 25 Under 25 winner
B.S. in Management, minor in Psychology expected May 2019
A transfer student from Cleary University, Carli Burcyzk has maintained a 4.0 GPA since arriving at the Ilitch School, despite her busy schedule.
Last summer, Carli worked as a human resource intern for the Arbor Research Collaborative for Health, where she was responsible for providing support for recruitment and involved with the implementation of a new human resource information system, UltiPro.
While at Cleary, Carli was elected president and primary communicator of Delta Sigma Pi, and she says it helped expand networking opportunities, develop her leadership skills and learn through professional development activities.
Outside of focusing on her school work and professional development, Carli also created and coaches a lacrosse team of players ranging in age from kindergarten to third grade. When she started, the team only had seven girls, but every year since they've have 15 or more. Carli commits a lot of her time to planning tournaments, practice schedules and attending coaching seminars.
