Xavier Yousif

2024 Mike Ilitch School of Business 25 Under 25 winner 

Xavier Yousif maintains a 3.66 GPA while pursuing his bachelor of science in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Technology, Information Systems and Analytics and is expected to graduate in May 2025.

He has actively participated in professional development and leadership initiatives, including establishing Warrior Ventures, the Ilitch School's first student-run venture capital fund. Yousif is also active in Alpha Kappa Psi and has served as a Warden before his current position as Pledge Educator, encouraging enrollment and reforming bylaws to fit current standards. He is also a highly active mentee in the Corporate Mentorship Program.

Professionally he has served as a Financial Analyst Intern at Stellantis and a Controlling Intern at Brose. He has also successfully established and grown his own pressure washing business.

Outside of academics, Yousif plays tennis, discovers new music and enjoys visiting thrift shops.
