Shardae Bagwell

2024 Mike Ilitch School of Business 25 Under 25 winner

Shardae Bagwell completed a bachelor of science in Business Administration with a major in Management in 2021. She is currently pursuing her MBA in Management, with an expected graduation in Fall, 2025.

She currently serves as a Development Associate at Wayne State University, where she plans and implements fundraising strategies and manages office operations, and as a Community Secretary and Director of Youth and Community Engagement at Detroit Heals Detroit, overseeing youth involvement and collaborating with community organizations.

As an undergraduate student, Bagwell received the WSU APEX Scholarship Award in 2018, the WSU Leadership Award The Burton Endowed Scholarship Fund in 2020 , the Gilmour-Jirgens Scholarship in 2021, and the Detroit Heals Detroit Leadership Award along with an award for Outstanding Performance in 2022 and 2023 respectively while pursuing her MBA.
