B.S. in Information Systems Management expected May 2024 

Rayyan Kajan maintains high marks in her information systems management major and anthropology minor.  

Kajan is the founder and president of Wayne Women in Tech, a historian for HerStory's Wayne State chapter, the media chair for Students Organize for Syria and the secretary of WSU's Students Giving Back chapter. She is a recipient of the Warrior Award scholarship.  

Kajan was a TEDxYouth@Ann Arbor speaker in 2018 and selected and mentored the 2019 cohort. Previously, she worked as a social media intern with Stanford University's Mental Health Department, currently holds a role as a web design intern with the mental health nonprofit Maristan, and is continuing to grow in her career with a summer internship and ambitions to work in tech. She is fluent in Arabic, conversational in French, and is well travelled having visited more than 30 countries.
