Nicholas Bauer

2023 Mike Ilitch School of Business 25 Under 25 winner 

M.B.A expected July 2024 

Nicholas Bauer graduated magna cum laude from Wayne State with a bachelor's in finance in 2021. He maintains a 4.0 GPA in the Ilitch School M.B.A. program with dual concentrations in human resources and management. He has made the dean's list every semester and is a recipient of the Sam and Leonard Fink Memorial Scholarship and Jack Kuzminski Memorial Endowed Scholarship. 

Bauer currently works as a benefits analyst for Penske Automotive Group (PAG), where he began as an intern in 2018. In his current position, he serves as a key business partner in managing company-wide benefits. He previously worked as a financial associate for PAG.

Bauer is fluent in Polish. He volunteers annually with the Detroit Grand Prix and Detroit Red Wings while also serving as a Michigan field director for the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans.
