Telling Detroit's Supply Chain Story
Detroiter, September 2011
By James Martinez & Patrick Smith
An article in Detroit Regional Chamber’s magazine about metropolitan Detroit’s supply chain potential quotes John Taylor, associate professor of supply chain management at Wayne State’s business school. “What we’re doing with the chamber is trying to increase the amount of supply chain activity that happens in Southeast Michigan, Northwest Ohio and (Southwest) Ontario,” Taylor says. A sidebar to the article mentions the General Motors/Wayne State University Supply Chain Case Competition taking place at the Detroit Marriot Renaissance Center this week.
