Biography

Dr. Kao received his Ph.D. in Operations Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo. His academic works have appeared in Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of Business Logistics, European Journal of Operational Research, Decision Support SystemsInternational Journal of Production EconomicsInternational Journal of Operations & Production Management, and other journals. He received a Best Interdisciplinary Paper Award from the Decision Science Institute and several other awards.
