Biography
Professor Chao Wu received his B.S. in Accounting and Economics from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, his M.S. in Supply Chain Management from Washington University in St. Louis and his Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University in 2023. His research focuses on enhancing operational efficiency in nonprofits by developing scalable, cost-effective solutions using experimental and quasi-experimental methods.
He has published on journals including International Journal of Physical Distributions & Logistics Management and Manufacturing & Service Operations Management.
