Md Abrar Fahad Khan

Biography

Abrar Khan is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Marketing at the Mike Ilitch School of Business, Wayne State University, where he also serves as a Graduate Research Assistant. Originally from Dhaka, Bangladesh, he obtained his undergraduate degree in business from North South University in 2016 and pursued his MBA at the University of Dhaka in 2018, specializing in Marketing.

Having embarked on his professional journey with an internship at Chevron, Abrar subsequently held various positions in Bangladesh, accumulating over two years of experience in the corporate sector. Transitioning to academia, he spent almost three years teaching marketing courses at both the undergraduate and MBA levels at a university in Bangladesh.

In the fall of 2022, Abrar relocated to the United States to pursue his Ph.D. in Marketing at Wayne State University. Post-graduation, his aspirations involve continuing his journey in academia and research, with a focus on mentoring aspiring young marketing professionals.
