Carol Hill

A seasoned and successful fundraiser, Carol Hill joined the Ilitch School of Business in 2020, after serving for two years as senior major gift officer for Wayne Law.  Before coming home in 2018, Carol served in similar roles for University of Delaware’s College of Engineering and spent seven years running development offices for elementary schools in Chicago and Philadelphia. Prior to finding what she calls her “true calling” in the world of philanthropy, Hill spent 20 years as a systems analyst and project manager for both corporate and non-profit entities.

A fourth-generation native Detroiter and Wayne State alumna, Hill has an M.B.A. from the Ilitch School as well as a B.S. in engineering from Michigan State University.
