Get to know Patricia Michno

Biography

Patricia Michno is part of the team of academic advisors in the Wayne State University Mike Ilitch School of Business. Patricia earned her bachelor’s degree majoring in psychology at Wayne State and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in community counseling in WSU's College of Education. She hopes to continue her studies at Wayne State and obtain a Ph.D. in counselor education.

Patricia began her career at Wayne State as a student assistant in 2012. She was the supplemental instruction leader for statistics in psychology for a year and then became a graduate student assistant for the coordinator of the Academic Success Center for the next three years.

Patricia also has experience in business sales, finance and management. She has a passion for learning and enjoys sharing that passion with her students as she helps them on their journey to academic success.
