Get to know Nitin Paranjpe

Biography

Nitin Paranjpe is a partner at Thomson Econometrics and Employment Research, an economic and statistical research firm. In addition to 19 years with Thomson, Paranjpe has 30 years of university teaching experience. He teaches on a part-time basis at both Wayne State University and Oakland University in the economics, finance and community medicine departments. Paranjpe teaches courses such as managerial economics, micro/macro economics, quantitative methods, and health care economics.

He graduated from Wayne State University in 1984 with a Ph.D. in economics, where he specialized in money and banking, and econometrics.
