Get to know Dennis Weislo
Biography
Mr. Weislo has over 30 years of Human Resource Management experience in both union and non-union environments, with the majority of his Human Resources experience spent in the automotive, aerospace, educational, and metals recycling sectors. He has been a part-time faculty member of the Wayne State University Mike Ilitch School of Business since June of 2000, where he has taught both graduate and undergraduate courses in Human Resource Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations, and Organizational Behavior and Organizational Theory. His teaching interests include Human Resource Management, Labor and Employee Relations, and keeping up with current trends with changes in organizational corporate culture, and employment and labor law. He received his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification in January of 2007, and he is also a Certified Labor Relations Specialist (CLRS), a certification he received from Michigan State University in July of 2009.
