Kirk Carlson

Kirk Carlson received a B.A. from Michigan State in 1986 and an MBA from Wayne State in 1989. He has worked as a CPA in Michigan since 1993, getting his start with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Carlson spent the next 20 years of his career as a controller and CFO of various small businesses based in Metro Detroit.

Carlson founded and currently runs his own CPA firm, with a public practice based in Ann Arbor. He has also taught accounting as an adjunct at WSU for thirteen years, and at Walsh College for four years.
