As the current Dean at General Motors Manufacturing Technology Learning University, my role encapsulates steering our strategic learning initiatives toward an all-electric future. With a Ph.D. in Post Secondary and Adult Education, I lead a team of 7 in cultivating comprehensive training programs, pivotal for both skilling and reskilling our global workforce.

Leveraging my expertise in workshop facilitation and instructional technology, we prioritize competency-based solutions to enhance skill development and knowledge transfer. This approach has been instrumental in forging strong partnerships and aligning our learning culture with General Motors' visionary goals.
