Richard Lerman

Richard is an IT leader with a talent for articulating IT strategy, designing roadmaps, and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive lasting impact. With expertise in building and scaling IT infrastructure and architecture, Richard collaborates closely with business partners to deliver technology-enabled solutions tailored to meet organizational needs.

His broad technical knowledge spans networks, databases, desktops, servers, virtualization tools, mobile devices, and security protocols. Beyond technical skills, Richard is dedicated to building high-performing IT teams that consistently provide a seamless, quality user experience, adding substantial value through leadership and a commitment to excellence.

Richard was the Director of Computing Services for the Mike Ilitch School of Business from 2/2008 - 1/2021. In this role, he was responsible for all administrative and academic technology used at the school.
