Biography
Dr. McQuillen is a seasoned research and data analyst with a Ph.D. in Educational Evaluation and Research, specializing in applied statistics. Currently serving as the Faculty and Data Manager for Wayne State University’s College of Nursing, Dr. McQuillen also teaches courses in statistics, evaluation and measurement, and foundations of quantitative research through the College of Education.
With over 35 years of experience in higher education, Dr. McQuillen has dedicated her career to advancing knowledge in institutional research and psychometrics. Her extensive expertise in evaluation, measurement, and applied statistics supports both her teaching and her contributions to the field, helping to shape data-driven insights and methodologies in educational settings.
