Mary Zinser
Biography
Mary Zinser is the assistant director for Undergraduate Student Services in the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University. She earned her bachelor of business administration with a major in marketing from the University of Cincinnati and an M.A. in communications from Wayne State University. Her role as assistant director allows her to continue working with students and advisors to create a welcoming environment that focuses not only on our current students, but also our prospective students.
Before joining Wayne State, Mary worked in both the healthcare industry and IT industry doing everything from computer programming to project management. This experience helps her to understand what skills students will need to be successful upon graduation.
Mary loves to see students grow in knowledge and confidence while working on their degree. Mary's goal is to work with students to complete their degree requirements in the most efficient and effective way possible. In order to make each students journey through Wayne State a success, they can feel free to make appointments to meet with her to discuss their educational goals.
