WXYZ-TV: Ilitch School hosts annual elevator pitch competition
Business students at Wayne State University will have a chance to pitch themselves today, quickly, for a chance to win scholarships. It starts this morning at the elevator pitch competition this morning at the Guardian Building. With students given less than a minute and a half, the length of an elevator ride, to talk about who they are, their skills and their goals. A panel of judges will include executives from the Pistons, Ally Financial and Google. The top three winners will be awarded more than $1,700 in scholarships.
