Wayne State Athletics: Ilitch Business women's golf student-athletes receive GLIAC All-Academic honors
Two women's golf student-athletes were recently named to the GLIAC All-Academic Teams. Receiving All-Academic Excellence Team honors for maintaining a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.5 was junior Josie Kurosky, who was honored for the second time. Kurosky is majoring in Economics. Sophomore Brooke Busse was the lone representative on the GLIAC All-Academic Team, which honors student-athletes for having a cumulative GPA between 3.0 and 3.49. It is the first time Busse, who majors in Accounting, was eligible for the accolade.
