VW union vote is unique

Marick Masters, professor of management at Wayne State University School of Business Administration and director of Labor@Wayne, spoke with WDET's Pat Batcheller about employees at a Volkswagen plant in Chattanooga, Tenn., deciding whether to join the United Auto Workers. It could become the South’s first unionized transplant auto factory.

Masters said what makes this vote unique and why it has a chance of succeeding.
