Virtual Ford Day at WSU is Sept. 25

If you are a Wayne State student interested in a career at Ford Motor Company – or even if you are just interested in the latest in mobility and wireless technology – you will not want to miss Ford Day at WSU on Thursday, Sept. 25. Students with interests in business, design, marketing, engineering, public relations or related fields are encouraged to attend.

Hosted by WSU personnel and Ford’s dedicated recruiting teams, Ford Day activities will be held virtually this year from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET at waynestatefordday.vfairs.com. Registered students who attend will enter a virtual lobby where they can then:

  • Visit interactive booths to learn more about Ford and connect with the company’s People Leaders.
  • Learn more about Ford’s internship and early-career-development programs.
  • Explore various resources that highlight all the ways that Ford is working to impact our future.

The event is free and open to all WSU students, faculty, staff and alumni, but registration is required at waynestatefordday.vfairs.com. Ilitch School students or alumni who have questions or need assistance preparing for the event should contact the Career Planning and Placement Office at 313-577-4781 or bizcareers@wayne.edu.

Join the conversation on social media with #FordDay and check out Ford’s job opportunities on FacebookTwitter and LinkedIn!
