State roundup: Wayne State tops Findlay, goes over .500

Wayne State went back above the .500 mark for the season with a 43-10 victory over host Findlay Saturday. Wayne State (5-4, 4-4 GLIAC) scored the game's first 15 points on a safety, a 10-yard return of a blocked punt by Jay Hayes and two field goals by Paul Graham. Management major Desmond Martin had two touchdown runs in the second half as Wayne State pulled away. Martin finished with 216 yards on 35 carries. Michael Johnson caught nine passes for 99 yards and a touchdown. Finance major Carl Roscoe and Sean Quinane split time at quarterback for Wayne State.
