Mbodja Mougoué appointed to review online graduate programming for African Economic Research Consortium

Mike Ilitch School of Business Associate Professor of Finance Mbodja Mougoué has been appointed to a distinguished panel of experts to review online graduate programs by the prestigious African Economic Research Consortium (AERC).

AERC is a nonprofit economic research organization and training network in Africa based in Nairobi, Kenya. Established in 1988, AERC informs economic policies in sub-Saharan Africa.

In order to continue improving quality and enhance inclusivity in collaborative training programs, AERC aims to review all course outlines and develop online course materials for all core and elective courses.

Mougoué has been invited to join a team of three experts to jointly review the curricula and develop online course materials for the Collaborative Ph.D. Degree Programme in Economics for Sub-Saharan Africa (CPP) Financial Economics course.

During a three-month period, the panel will develop teaching notes, slides and presentations, online reading and reference materials, and other instructional tools deemed important for optimal learning and course delivery.
