Ilitch School supply chain management student receives prestigious scholarship

Mike Ilitch School of Business global supply chain management major Danielle Metivier has received the Denver Transportation Club’s prestigious Terry L. Priest Scholarship.

The $5,000 scholarship honors Priest’s long and distinguished professional career and dedication to those pursuing careers in transportation, logistics and supply chain. The Terry L. Priest Scholarship Fund was established through donations made by numerous friends and professional associates of Priest.

To be considered for the scholarship, students must be enrolled in an undergraduate supply chain, logistics, and/or transportation program at an accredited trade or technical school, community college, or four-year college/university in the United States. Students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Applicants must plan to pursue a career in the transportation, logistics or supply chain field and have financial need. Recipients are selected based on academic achievement, demonstrated commitment to the field and passion for the work, and financial need.
