Ilitch School sport and entertainment student org hosts virtual speaker series open to all WSU students
The Mike Ilitch School of Business Sport and Entertainment Business Association (SEBA) student organization has announced the launch of its first-ever virtual speaker series this fall open to all WSU undergraduate and graduate students.
The virtual series aims to connect students with successful professionals from the sports and entertainment industry to learn, network and build relationships.
Speakers in this series will pull back the curtains on their own lives and talk about personal experiences in the industry before answering audience questions. With such a diverse (and growing) set of guest speakers, this series is great for both passionate fans and students exploring career paths.
SEBA’s first guest speaker will be Ken Kal, longtime play-by-play radio announcer for the Detroit Red Wings. This will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 6:30-7:30 PM on Zoom. Click here for more information and to RSVP. A complete list of confirmed 2020-2021 speakers can be viewed below.
