Ilitch Business student-athletes receive All-GLIAC recognition for baseball
The Wayne State University baseball program had a school-record 24 GLIAC (Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference) All-Academic recipients for the 2021 season (the previous mark was 21 in 2019), which ranked second in the conference and marks the eighth straight year the Warriors have had at least 17 student-athletes receive All-Academic accolades. WSU had 15 All-Academic Excellence honorees, which eclipses last year’s school-record total of 14. Thirteen of this year’s recipients are Mike Ilitch School of Business student-athletes.
