Graduate student attends leadership summit through scholarship
Beta Gamma Sigma's Global Leadership Summit is an annual event where hundreds of the highest achieving students from the top 5 percent of business schools around the world will gather for a unique learning experience, according to its website.
“I applied for Beta Gamma Sigma Global Leadership Summit Scholarship Application because I want to meet leaders from top corporations and network with fellow students,” Hebert said. “I was very excited to be selected for award recipients for Global Leadership Summit.”
Hebert, who is currently studying Automotive Supply Chain Management, plans become a part-time professor at Wayne State and start her own business as a consultant to utilize her Japanese language skills after graduation.
Her motto is to never give up and that the sky is the limit, which Hebert believes will take to her to all of the places she wants to go.
Hebert currently works as a buyer at Toyota Gosei North America and volunteers at Siena Literacy Center in Detroit to teach English.
Hebert was recognized for her academic achievements at this event.
