D-New Tech group to hold monthly meeting at the Ilitch School

The Detroit New Technology group will hold its monthly meetup in the Prentis Fishbowl at the Mike Ilitch School of Business on Wednesday, June 6, from 6-8 p.m. Attendees will get to hear pitches from four to five local and student-led startups, and the event will feature guest speaker Jamie Shea, director of portfolio strategy at Quicken Loans Community Investment Fund. Organizers of the event say it's a great opportunity to learn about new business ideas and ventures, and to connect with business professionals.
