For Wayne State University's new Mike Ilitch School of Business in The District Detroit, each moment of the construction process is being caught on camera. Those interested can watch construction work in real time on The District Detroit's website and catch up with time-lapse video and daily image archives. The same viewing options are available for Little Caesars Arena. Wayne State's new business school was made possible by a $40 million gift from Mike and Marian Ilitch. The facility, at the corner of Woodward Avenue and Temple Street, will serve more than 3,000 undergraduate and graduate students, with classes starting in 2018.
