Union workers in Detroit talk of Wisconsin-like battle over potential loss of bargaining rights

Wayne State University business professor Bill Volz commented during a video interview on campus about Detroit’s consent agreement which was signed on April 4.Volz said now the hard decisions and changes begin. He blamed Detroit's cash crunch on antiquated politics and “a series of collective bargaining agreements for which the city couldn't pay."
