Southgate News-Herald: Launch Taylor, Launch Trenton programs to help small businesses
New programs are being launched aimed at helping small businesses in Taylor and Trenton. The program, based off a similar one in Detroit is called Launch Taylor and Launch Trenton, will offer micro-loans, businesses classes and networking opportunities for those selected to participate. Free small business training at Wayne State University and the Mike Ilitch School of Business with five classes will be available for those selected. Micro-loans from $1,000 to $2,500 each and networking opportunities also will be offered.
