Michigan Chronicle: Herman Moore and Rick Mahorn advise Wayne State sports business students

The Wayne State University Sport Entertainment Business Association (SEBA) hosted Detroit Lions great Herman Moore and Detroit Pistons Bad Boy Rick Mahorn for a discussion titled, “The Big Business of Sport and Entertainment.” The panel aimed to help students gain valuable skills with regard to leadership in the sport and entertainment business and entrepreneurial space. It was moderated by adjunct professor of Sport and Entertainment Management, Lauren Clayborne. Housed within the Mike Ilitch School of Business, SEBA is a graduate-student organization engaged in the Sport and Entertainment community within the city of Detroit. It is dedicated to providing educational experiences along with the necessary tools and professional networking encounters to prepare students for careers in the Sport and Entertainment industry and ensure that Wayne State students have first exposure for career opportunities in Detroit and beyond.
