Metro+state: Wayne State's Heather Weiss headed for European games
Wayne State volleyball standout Heather Weiss, a junior marketing major, has been selected for the European Global Challenge. Weiss will play on the U22 Southeastern Team. Games are scheduled for July 8-19 in Prague, Czech Republic; Maribor, Slovakia; Pula, Croatia, and Venice, Italy. Weiss, a junior outside hitter played in all WSU matches in 2013, appearing in all 110 sets.
