Marketing Ph.D.s Johnson, Verma hired by national universities

Two marketing doctoral students recently received and accepted job offers at universities.

Aaron Johnson has accepted the position of assistant professor of marketing at Salisbury University in Maryland. The initial offer includes a 2-2 teaching load for the first year and three years of guaranteed summer research funding.

Swati Verma, who successfully defended her dissertation this month, has accepted the position of assistant professor of marketing at Lawrence Technological University in Michigan. The initial offer includes a 3-3 teaching load and one year of guaranteed summer research funding. 

Both Johnson and Verma will begin their new appointments in fall 2017.
