Ilitch Business accounting professor Cheol Lee named president of Korean-American Accounting Professors Association
Cheol Lee, an associate professor of accounting in the Mike Ilitch School of Business, has been appointed to a two-year term as president of the Korean-American Accounting Professors Association (KAAPA).
Founded in 1988, KAAPA is a non-profit organization that provides a platform for communication and networking among Korean accounting professors and doctoral students across North American and around the world.
KAAPA aims to facilitate cooperation and participation in high-quality academic research among members and to link with other academic and professional organizations that share similar scholastic interests. KAAPA has more than 200 active members around the world.
