CARMA summer short courses begin soon

Don’t miss your chance to take part in a series of "short courses" being offered this spring by the Center for the Advancement of Research Methods and Analysis (CARMA). The center already has 300 participants from over 60 universities across the United States registered for the 15 courses that will be offered at Wayne State University.

Running from June 2-7, each course focuses on a research method or data analysis topic and places an emphasis on hands-on experience and the application of the methodology aimed at skill development through lecture and lab time. Instructors are leading methodological scholars within the organizational studies and management areas.

Courses range from introductory to advanced and provide students and faculty with the opportunity to network with other scholars and practitioners in their areas of interest. In addition to the courses at Wayne State, CARMA will be hosting short courses and workshops at the University of South Australia, University of Wuppertal (Germany) and University of Sheffield (United Kingdom).

More information about CARMA’s 2014 short courses can be found on the CARMA website, as well the center’s Facebook and YouTube pages.
